GraceSLO is a big place! It’s easy to get lost in the crowd. We all want the benefits of a large church, but we all need the experience of a small church. . . . a place where we can know and be known by others, a place where we can live the Gospel together. We believe that Gospel transformation happens in the context of small groups where real relationships can be experienced and deepened.
We have identified Growth Groups as our "Big Rock Priority" at GraceSLO . . . the centerpiece around which we're going to build the rest of our ministry and events. What that means is that our highest proirity for all those who worship at GraceSLO, beyond attendance at the Sunday Morning Worship Service, is involvement in a Growth Group.
Realizing we're all busy and don't need any more to do, our leadership is on a mission to streamline and simplify our ministry so that the priority of Growth Groups is clear. We want to do less, so that we can connect and care more.
Growth Groups are groups of 6-12 people who meet for 8 to 10 weeks at a time to . . .

Care for one another :: the aim is to open up and share our lives with one another.

Explore and apply God's Word together :: Growth Groups are centered around the text and message of the previous Sunday.

Pray together :: God has given us the opportunity to cast our cares on Him . . . let's do it together.
Growth Group Enrollment happens in September, January and March
